The New & Improved Rental Listing Input Form: Less Red “R’s” in Rentals

Since 2009 the Northern Nevada Regional Listing Service has strived to create a robust property class for Rentals within Paragon, but many Members told us that the input was too cumbersome and that there were too many required fields.

We appreciate your feedback and with the leadership of our Board of Trustees and NNRMLS CEO Shelley Specchio, the NNRMLS team was able to significantly reduce the amount of required fields that appear in the Rental Listing Input form.
We have not, however, done away with the fields and they remain on the form; which means you can still use those features if you wish, but they no longer have a little red “R” next to them.

Most of the changes took place in the Features container of the input form.
