NNRMLS and over 35 other MLSs have chosen to sign direct agreements with Clareity Direct Connections™, Clareity Security’s solution to provide an easy way for Brokers and MLSs to create and manage direct relationships with publishers of their data.
George Pickard, Integration and Development for NNRMLS, was quoted in the recent Clareity press release: “NNRMLS has chosen Clareity Direct Connections™ to maintain syndication continuity and broker choice following the Zillow Group’s transition from the ListHub platform. It has simplified the opt-in process for our members and improved efficiency for our support staff.“ On the NNRMLS Launchpad dashboard under the “Publishers” heading, Brokers are able to “opt-in” and make distribution choices easily and securely. They will be able to choose the publishers that deliver the most value to their business and receive better display terms and more prominent attribution.
More than 35 MLSs representing 234,124 subscribers have signed up for Clareity Direct Connections™. Read more here: “Syndication tool takes off as more MLSs send listings directly to portals“.
