NNRMLS offers Auto Pay to our Members, which is a program where you may put a credit or debit card on file to be charged between the 1st and the 5th of every month for the current month’s fees. If we have any issues with your card going through, we will always email and notify you that your card is not going through.
Please take note if you transfer offices or are inactive in our system for any length of time you will be taken off Auto Pay. When you transfer to a new office or if you are inactive, you need to fill out a new Auto Pay form and send it in to our office.
You can click here or go to MLS Docs > Other Forms > and Auto Pay form.
When you transfer offices you will start by filling out paperwork with your local Association who will then notify us of the change. Once your Association receives the paperwork, it can take up to 24 hours for you to be transferred to your new office in Paragon. MLS-Only members can contact the NNRMLS office directly with transfer information at email@example.com. Continue reading
Miss the Lockbox Exchange Last Week? Make-Up Sessions are Today, Tomorrow and Wednesday This Week!
We’re holding make-up sessions from 9am to 4pm at our 5650 Riggins Court office on May 13, 14 and 15th! Please round up your old lockboxes and bring them to us so that we can honor the trade-in value.
If you wait, your old boxes will have no value toward a new box.
If you can’t make it to our office yourself, you can complete a form that grants someone else the permission to come in your place. Click here: http://members.nnrmls.com/Docs/LockboxPermissionToExchangeForm.pdf to download the permission form.

Please remember that you must submit a Waiver to the NNRMLS office if you are not listing the property in the MLS. Continue reading
