On November 12, 2012 the Northern Nevada Regional MLS, in cooperation with the Paragon tech team, activated E-mail Signatures for the NNRMLS Paragon 5 system.
E-mail Signatures add key improvements over the old Ecard.

With E-mail Signatures, users will no longer have to update the signature in each of their notifications when contact information changes. Update the signature once in Preferences and all notifications will be automatically changed. In addition, users can create as many different signatures as they would like and specify one as the default signature. Whenever a new e-mail or notification is created the default signature will display, or one can be selected from any one of the other signatures setup in Preferences.
Users are best advised to wait until the update process has completed, in the case of NNRMLS Members that means updating on or after November 12, 2012, and update their notifications via the Exception report.
Please Note! Due to the exception matching process (see Exception Report), this feature cannot be deactivated once active on a database.
When an MLS elects to activate the E-mail Signature feature, a process will run to upgrade Ecards in all existing notifications to a default E-Mail Signature. However, in some cases the Ecard for a notification may not be able to be updated automatically. If this occurs, when users login to Paragon they will be notified that some of the E-cards in their notifications were not updated automatically. They will be directed to the Exception Report that will display all of the notifications that could not be updated and allow the user to update them manually.
The Exception Report displays all contacts that have auto-notifications setup that could not be automatically updated to use the new Email Signature function. Once all notifications have been updated, this exception report will no longer be available in the left tree menu.
Click the Search Name link to open the notification settings and update the notification with the new Email Signature. A new Select Signature option is available to select the desired signature for the e-mail message.

After you click on the above link your browser will open a Google calendar created by the Paragon training team. Look for the Signatures link listed on the calendar. Keep in mind the times on the calendar will be two hours ahead of the start times I listed above because the training is being conducted in from Kansas which goes by Central Time, which is two hours ahead of local time in Nevada.
Once you click on one of the links an information bubble will appear, you’ll want to click on the “Click Here” link to register for the webinar.
Once you click on that link you will be brought to a registration page. Fill out your name, email address and enter NNRMLS for your MLS’ name and then click the Register button.
You will then see a “Thank you for registering” form on your screen and you will be emailed a confirmation of the date and time of your training. Save this email and use it the day of your training to join the webinar.
