RPR Adds School Zone Search To Mobile App

We thought you’d like to know about an exciting feature included with the new Realtors Property Resource (RPR) mobile app that lets you search for listings by school zone!

Here’s how it works:

1. First get the app — the RPR app is available for FREE in Apple’s App Store and Google’s Play Store for iPhone and Android devices.

2. Next, from the app home page, click the magnifying-glass icon to search:

3. Then click Advanced Search:

4. Then click on Schools:

5. Enter a zipcode and check one or more types of schools. Then click the Search for Schools button:

6. School(s) appear in the map and you can click the icon(s) for more details. Now click List:

7. Click the Search This School Zone link:

8. Too much data! Click Filter:

9. By default everything is set to Yes:

10. For this example, I marked Yes for only the For Sale option:

11. I scrolled down and put my upper limit to $400k with the blue and green-colored sliders:

12. Now I have everything for sale at or under $400k in Reno High School’s zone:

Now you try it…and contact the NNRMLS crew if you get stuck! :)
