Hooray! We have a decrease in Late Listing Violations this month! Remember your new listing needs to be input into the MLS or a signed Seller’s Waiver of Benefits form must be received by NNRMLS within 2 business days of obtaining sellers’ signatures on your contract. Let’s get this to ZERO violations in May!
In April, we had an increase in Incorrect Area Violations. In order to stay in compliance, always double-check your area through NNRMLS Area Maps, located on the Member Launchpad in the top tier of buttons.

We thank and commend members for taking these violation notices seriously and updating or fixing the issue within the 2 business day grace period. The ratio of violations to citations proves that this policy is working.
