Instanet News: What Happened to My Account? Old Instanet is GONE!


Did you log into your Instanet account today only to find a strange new screen? If your screen looked like the screenshot below and you weren’t expecting it — you’re one of our members not using NEW Instanet! You are not alone — read on for insight into this switch.

Instanet has a brand-new look and some great new bells and whistles — but don’t worry, it’s the same old Instanet underneath! ALL of your transactions, forms, contacts and templates are automatically included in the new version; begin working in the new Instanet NOW!

The two old versions of Instanet; TransactionDesk Lite and TransactionDesk Pro, have been discontinued and are no longer available — screenshots shown below:old-screenshots

Why the Switch?

The old Instanet versions needed functionality and design upgrades — it was more than 10 years old! Think about how Google, Apple and Microsoft have changed their products, sometimes drastically over the last decade. We’re confident that you’ll find Instanet’s new design easier to learn and simpler to use.

Andrew is the Director of Member Services and Training for Northern Nevada Regional MLS; the official trainer for our products and services. He teaches classes, in our lab or at your office meetings and also hosts one-on-one and small-group training sessions. Andrew holds the MLS Executive Designations CMLX 1 and CMLX 2 from the national Council of MLSs, his ePRO designation from the National Association of Realtors and serves on CMLS's Green Section Council. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Social Media Marketing Certificate from the University of Nevada Reno. He is happily married and is a proud father and lives and works in Reno, Nevada.
