Helpful Hint: How to Add the Spouse/Secondary Name to Paragon Notifications

Here’s a helpful hint to setting up a great Paragon feature! For ease of use, Paragon now displays the “Spouse/Secondary Name and E-mail” fields on the Contact Information form.

The NNRMLS staff has found that in order to use the “Add the Spouse/Secondary to notifications” field, you must enter the name of the secondary person into the Spouse/Secondary Name field and then click Save. If you do not, you will receive an error message and the system will not save your desired settings.
Please leave your comments here about this new feature.

  1. Hey Andrew – Another subject… I entered Christine Briones into “contacts” so I could set up auto notification. Christine has indicated she hasn’t received the 5 listings I emailed her yet when I visit sent emails it shows they were sent?

Also notice that checking the buyer box and saving contact it doesn’t save.

Also, don’t know what “Favorite Agent” does so can you remove that with this and a couple other contacts I have?

    Thanks,

    Gary
