For Agents: How to Change Your Client Connect Password

Like many online programs, there is no way to retrieve your existing password in Paragon’s Client Connect. But you can change it — here’s how:

Client connect art1. Log into Paragon.

2. Click on Preferences, then the Client Connect link in the dropdown menu that appears.

3. You should land on the “Agent Login Information” screen, if not, click the Client Connect folder icon, (this should be on the left side of your screen). Next click the Agent Login Information link, and enter your new password twice, then Save.

After this change you should be able to log into your Client Connect site and interact with any of your contacts and their searches. In addition, you can categorize the listings for your contact and leave messages on listings for your contact to view. Your login name for your Client Connect site will always be the email address used in Paragon.
