Create a Coversheet Your Clients Can Fax to Your Email Inbox

Do you want your client to be able to fax you signed documents right to your email inbox? You can easily create a bar-coded fax coversheet for that purpose using DocCentral’s Fax to Email solution.

Here’s how to do it right from the DocCentral Fax to Email page:                                  1. Log into Paragon.
2. Click on the Resources icon, then click on the DocCentral link from the resulting dropdown.

3. In the DocCentral Fax to Email tab, your name and email address will automatically be entered into the “To” and “From” section. You’ll want to change the “From” information to your client’s information because they will be sending this back to you. Click the email button.DocCentral revised1
4. Enter your client’s email address and any Notes that you want to include, and click the Email button.DocCentral revised2
5. That will send a “fresh” cover sheet with a bar code and an 800 number to your client that they can use to send documents via fax machine to your email inbox. The DocCentral email will contain instructions for your client on how to use the Fax to Email coversheet.DocCentral revised3
