Correction: Paragon Voice and Text alerts for agent use only

Last week The MLS Post published an article titled “Alert Your Clients About Listings with Automatic Call & Text.” That article contained incorrect information and has since been updated. The updated article, “Alert Yourself About Listings with Automatic Calls & Texts,” notes that the Voice and Text feature is designed to send messages to the agent, not the client. We regret that the original article contained erroneous information and hope that it has not inconvenienced you or your clients. If you have set any of your clients up for the Voice and Text Alert feature we recommend you deactivate it or switch the recipient of the alerts to yourself. Click here to read the updated article.
